Why Ca Na Xica As Wedding Venue
Lisa and Maxim met in college and fell in love. They had always dreamed of having a destination wedding, but they were not sure where to go. One day, Maxim’s mother jokingly suggested that they should get married in Ibiza, the party island of Europe. The idea stuck with them, and they decided to explore it further. They booked a trip to Ibiza and visited several locations, including some of the famous beaches. However, they were not impressed by the crowded and noisy atmosphere. They wanted something more intimate and romantic for their big day. That’s when they discovered Ca Na Xica, a hidden gem in the north of the island. As soon as they saw the hotel, they were speechless. It was everything they had hoped for and more. The hotel was surrounded by beautiful greenery, ancient olive trees, and fragrant flowers. It had a serene and elegant vibe, with a touch of rustic charm. It was the perfect place for their rural, but luxury wedding.

How The Wedding Day Unfolded
Their wedding day was a fairy tale come true. They chose to have their ceremony in a secluded copse, under the shade of the majestic pine trees. It was a beautiful and intimate setting, with only their closest family and friends. The bride looked exquisite in her gown, and the groom looked handsome in his suit. They exchanged their vows and rings, and sealed their union with a kiss. Following the ceremony, the celebrations commenced with a drinks and canapé reception on the beautiful poolside terrace set to the sounds of a saxophonist. The light was perfect, and the scenery was stunning. They looked so relaxed and radiant, and they enjoyed every moment of their day. Later the guests were treated to a delicious 3 course meal seated at the romantically decorated tables, completed by the guests swinging their napkins – an entertaining Belgium wedding tradition! As the evening progressed, guests were entertained by singers, including an appearance by Belgium singer Silvy de Bie (of group Sylver), a surprise arranged for the couple by their mothers, DJ and even a contortion artist.
